Jay looks so happy here I'm so pleased for him, all the band were, it's great to see the band take a break on a high!!! The gig was absolutley awesome even though I missed the start as I was stuck in the blackwall tunnel. So a big thankyou for putting the gig back half an hour very thoughtful. I quickly met Sola on the way out what a nice guy. :D
The gig went soooo quick as they linked alot of the songs, the extended new versions were AMAZING it doesn't matter how many times you listen to their gigs they never disapoint
Keep on Funkin' you're the greatest.

Yes, Sandriche, those lyrics express his mood last night exactly. Sandriche, I cannot thank you enough for the link and the message that says they will show it again on Friday with high quality, I'm looking forward to it. :D
Great that you met Sola, Legs. They all sound like such good people. I talked to Derrick and Matt through My Space, wonderful people.

newsitem from funkin.com...

Here is the setlist from the Intel gig held at Scala in London's Kings Cross on Wednesday night. Jay announced that this was the last gig that the band would be doing this year, and was truly thankful for the past 15 years of support.

Cosmic Girl
Space Cowboy
High Times
Black Capricorn Day
Little L
Radio
Feels Just Like It Should
Use The Forc
If I Like It I Do It
Travelling Without Moving
Love Foolosophy
Main Vein
Time Won't Wait
Deeper Underground
Virtual Insanity (Encore)
Following Deeper Underground, Jay seemed so touched by the crowd support that he didn't do his usual running-jump for the final note and just left the stage - closely followed by the rest of the band. A few minutes later they all returned to the stage for an encore of Virtual Insanity - much to the delight of the crowd.

There were lots of photographers at the gig and if you find sites online with photos feel free to post a comment with this news item, but for now check out WireImage and CapitalRadio, and also Jamiroquai.com, which will be posting a number of photos (of not just Jay) in the not too distant future...
they played Virtual insanity as encore..they didn´t broadcast that

last night - amazing!!!!

Postby sarahBuk on Thu Mar 08, 2007 8:51 pm

I went to the gig last night after being a runner up in the Intel comp and it was amazing!!! I'm a very lucky lady as won tickets from Capital in November to the Mean Fiddler gig. With all this Jamiroquai they are really spoiling me! :)

I was surprised there were only 4 people waiting when we got there at 5.50pm and was over the moon that we got to the front left of the stage. At The Mean Fiddler in November I got there about the same time and there were about 30-40 people there already!

I got a lovely smile from Jay that made my knees weak and the whole set was fab. :D As always they rocked the house and we were all sorry to see the back of them. Let's hope they enjoy a well deserved break.

I was a little disappointed they didn't play Runaway as I loved that when they played it at the gig in November but the rest of the set was fantastic! I'm only sorry I didn't take my camera - could have got some great pics!

Hopefully the video on Capital will do the show justice. I gather the streaming footage mainly showed Jay's face although there were at least 3 cameras there. One each side at the front of stage and one on stage, think there may have been more elsewhere too. I guess they'll do a good job putting it all together like last time.

hmm..could u desribe this 4 people waiting there please  maybe it was russ , janluka and jonas? hehe..

thanks for your review..for the public they always get mainly only jay kay into the spot..i think it would be great to also show the bandmembers more as sola or derrick..they are always so much in the background..

I cannot find the link on how to listen to Jamiroquai's concert. Yes, I have registered. :D

Just noticed it. It says:

We teamed up with Intel to bring you an exclusive live video stream of Jamiroquai's special London gig. The show took place at The Scala in King's Cross and was a money can't buy event, but if you missed the live stream, you can watch the full, high quality video here from Monday.

Nooooooooooooo, who can wait till then?!
