Yes it could be! just used what I had! mmmm craving that salad now! spiedini are steak (flank) wrapped and breaded around an aged Italian cheese. I put a little ammoghio and fresh basil inside. But it looks dry, I would saute' it a bit to get that crisp before putting it in the oven. MissLisa -time for you to cook and share!

Best Banana Bread recipe! 1 cup sugar 1 stick butter (8 Gbsp) room temp 2 large eggs 3 ripe bananas 1 Tbsp milk 1 tsp ground cinnamon 2 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt Directions: Preheat oven to 325* F Butter 9x5x3 inch loaf pan Cream the sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. In a small bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Mix in cinnamon and milk. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the banana mixture to the creamed mixture and stir until combined. Add dry ingredients, mixing just until flour disappears. Here you may add chocolate chips, raisins and/or nuts. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Cool at least 15 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before slicing!

I've got a cookbook from my vacation at La Gomera, called Mojo and Tapas from the Canarias. About every recipe in there has at least one bulb of garlic in it! I am going to kill my neighbours and my friends with my breath

As soon as it hits my mouth, I start to back up in my chair. I can't help it...it's such a disgusting taste. I want to be able to eat it, because I like arabic food and that has a lot of cilantro in it. I can eat the dry sort, and seeds and stuff..but not the fresh kind

It was nice, but I could have forgotten about the red pepper, almonds, cumin and all the other stuff that was in there..you couldn't taste anything! and there is no change in hell someone is going to kiss me tonight I've got a garlic halo!
