This is the place for the Cosmic Girls and Space Cowboys to chat about subjects that are not related to Jamiroquai. Subjects that don't quite fit in the Funktion Room should also be posted here. Introduce yourselves to one another in here.

yeah it does! so, I was watching "The Soup" with Joel McHale! and he was reporting on some show about people with strange addictions - and this guy says he was in love with his car, that he was dating his car, and having relations with it! I actually was choking on my snack cuz I was cracking up! It showed him stroking, and making out with his car! http://www.thesouptv.com/here's the clean version, the tv one was somewhat explicit!

It reminds me of a short story by Dino Buzzati... ( a man is in love with cars (or something) so his wife is jealous and is transformed into a car (his car)... she finally dies in a park (commits suicide)... in short)

He did talk about how he got down with his car! yeah, I can't believe people exist like this too! It's one thing to love your car, quite another to get down with it. (Get down in it is fine with a partner!) I'll bet this is his favorite tune! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQTu9vx-laY

I had coffee at a bar today with my sweet friend. We where talking about a milion things all at the same time and walked out talking...15 minutes later my friend calls and asked me if I paid for the coffee and I didn't. Neither did she! I felt really bad, so offered to jump back on my bike and go pay our bill. But my friend had to go back to the city anyway. The girls at the bar had to laugh real hard about our action...we just talk way to much I really don't want the personel at the bar to get in to trouble, because I didn't pay my stupid bill! how about this coffee brulee

I want it!!! Even if I don't know how it is... "brulee" reminds me of "crème brûlée" and that's good enough!

well, I'm sure you could locate some lame Zep lyrics. But really looks bad when you compare them! I do like Hip-Hop (now). And what there is to appreciate in Hip-Hop is the rhythms. It's mostly reworked and mixed, and not a full band. But things change. Innovations in rhythms. Well, at least that's my theory!

@ Stormey -Some friends tonight were telling me about when they visited the Netherlands. Said they couldn't get a cappuccino, (but you could get everything else!) Is this true or were they bullshitting the Americans? I mean, you did post this coffee drink. They were told something like, "just relax"

No cappuccino...where in Holland did they go and what year? We've got Starbucks, Coffee Company or any other kinda coffee chain and we can get any kind of coffee we want here. And every foodserving place has cappuccino, even at kiosks at the trainstation. The everage dutchperson consumes about 10 cups of coffee a day..so yes, there is cappuccino, espresso, ristretto..any kind of coffee to keep us going.
