We don't have much tropical here. I'm happy we have mango smoothie @ McDonalds. :mrgreen:

me too! Dipped in chocolat, straight from the nut itself with a straw, or yum coconut milkshake...I love Coconuts!

How do you know about it Giba? Aren't you in Detroit? I hope I remember that right.

I was expecting people to ask me what's Jack in the Box. Didn't think anybody except Californians would know what that is. I think Erin is also in California? Not sure . . .

LisaLisa -Yes, Detroit. I think we used to have JIB. But I know they're on the west coast now.
We have Big Boys, but some may be going under. (bad economy)

Starbucks featured a Coconut/chocolate cappuccino this summer! :mrgreen:
But they don't have them anymore!

I''m Dutch and I know what Jack in the Box is! Okey, been in SouCal a couple of times and my brother always brings me Jalapenos from JIB..like those :mrgreen:

Arugula! Got a whole bunch!
It has a pungent taste, but it's great in salads!

So, my kids (and me) just love chocolate mousse with whipped cream:

Jello makes a chocolate mousse which takes 4 minutes, and tastes great! (not too sweet)
I also make real whipping cream in the blender, add sugar and stir for about 2-3 minutes.
Store separately in the fridge, lasts a few days! :mrgreen:
