Talk about the funk. Albums, singles, music videos, remixes, etc.

Synk at the top? I hope you're not serious. The album's far too raw, even for my taste. There were some big-time faults with it.[/quote
True dat. Synkronized is their worst album, canned heat was the only really strong single from that album IMO.
And someone said something about synthazisation or something. In "Virtual Insanity" there is a lyric saying "syntesize another strain" to do with races I think but yeh.

Dynamite is even worse, but I don't see it as a real Jamiroalbum because the bad $-people wrote it, not the band.

Yeh the bad "$-people" wrote it but the band could've easily turned their proposition down and asked for something else, right?

Well....I can safely say that most of this forum's active members was hoping for the opposite of Radio's sound, mainly because Jay's vocal abilities are ruined and definitely weren't suited for that kind of thing in the first place. But if we can get a radio-ish song with just the backing girls, that would be awesome!

i thought his voice sounded really good in radio, you can notice it changes through out the song, from a higher voice to a more raw voice[thats all i can describe it as],i found this really good....thats why i want his music to follow the direction in radio,if you know what i mean..??........and you have to remember it is 15 years since eope was recorded, his voice isnt going to stay the same..but i think it has changed for the better...as long as there is a jamiroquai im happy,im sure what ever style the next album follows, ill make myself like it im open to change

Of course you cannot expect things to change, but I think Jay's voice has really changed unnaturally much(if you can say it that way)
It was expected,but still

Let's not forget that half the songs in that album contain subliminal messages... Destitute Illusions.. Supersonic.. hell.. play canned heat backwards and it sounds like Jay is praising weed.

you may hate me for this Travelling Without Moving Dynamite Funk Odyssey Synkronized Return Of The Space Cowboy Emergency On Planet Earth In my defense are am a massive trance/drum and bass head, and dynamite is absolutely mindblowingly funky and my fav song is either King For A Day or Supersonic or Travelling Without Moving =)

I certain prefer the old Jamiroquai-style. I also like the music they make now but it is not like they did before. Maybe is it because back then Stu and Toby still were part of Jamiroquai.
