Probably like mine.

And I'm not a make-up person.

Very very very once in a while (in case of emergency) sun machine for 12 min.

Better go play outside or run your bike like hell. Good for colors. :wink:

humm. a really preffer a withe skin, jay use to have a beautifull, withe skin, his tan makes him looks older and tired

After I a good hour of meditation, I have realised that I shouldn't be worrying about my tan.

Few yoga techniques, and color rapidly back. :lol:

And I worked out a nice place to live and to work over here, easy to stay connected. I'm glad and happy to realised it. :idea:

How come

It takes time, study to understand the pattern.

It is also a spiritual progress.

Breathing is probably more than 95% of the energy we need to live. and 5% food/drink. Most of the people do not breathe properly. Do not extract energy from the air. Not good for stress nor injuries, posture, disease.

And with eating too much, not good either for the machine. Lose energy for digest, provoke blocage of all sorts throught our differents bodies.

Another beautiful thing with yoga is that it is not competitive. Between you and you, helps with concentration, endurance, nervous system health... Takes nothing, cost nothing, can be done everywhere, anytime.
