Synkronized Era, 1999, Jay Kay with a boy on stage?

Hi guys, so I was curious because there was a video on YouTube and it was Jay pulling a boy from the audience and he started to sing and dance with him it's from the Synkronized era and he was wearing a flat black hat, I was just wondering if anyone knows where that footage is because I can't find it on YouTube?
