I wrote this song for her...

Postby llefouet on Sat Jun 15, 2013 9:57 pm

just wanted to share this song I wrote for someone 2 years ago. I was listening High times (the album) with her in my mind. This came as an evidence and obviously very much inspired by the album
This is what happened...

Seven days in sunny April

Hey Cosmic Girl,
Flashing back to our high times we lived for a day,
Nestled in your corner of the Earth hideaway,
I’m flushing out now using song titles and rhymes,
Bright and dark feelings I had once in a lifetime.

Magnetized by your voice and music in background,
Warming in the canned heat of your deeper underground,
From kissing your lips to caressing your girlwood,
Every inch of my skin felt just like it should.

I played my own music for you on the radio,
You listened little LL on your car stereo,
Where whispered ideas of us two combined,
Was my way to tease you, and blow your mind.

Unexpected Emergency on planet earth,
Separated us from being together,
When born with thunder, fate always strikes romance,
Without warning, with no lightening and in silence,
I am slowly losing the sweet scent of your fragrance,
There’s nothing to do, not even give hate a chance.

Emerged from fantasy and virtual insanity,
Last seven days in sunny April this story,
Turned into a Love foolosophy, it’s crazy
Right before crashing into tougher reality,

I played my own music for you on the Radio,
You listened Little LL on your car stereo,
Where whispered ideas of us two combined,
Was my way to keep you, and blow your mind.

Hey Cosmic girl ,when you gonna learn it’s over,
Space Cowboy runaway from certain disaster,
Will it tastes right but all the same god damn bitter,
Will we carry on and keep faith in our future,

Life can be a bitch full of ruins and crashes,
And it’s not alright for you to build on ashes,
I’m no phoenix either, just can’t reborn and fly,
I live the present, I’m no more too young to die.

I played my own music for you on the Radio,
You listened Little LL on your car stereo,
Where whispered ideas of us two combined,
Was my way to love you, and blow your mind.

Thanks - well. I'll leave it to musicians to add the music on the lyrics;-)

Interesting,
so is this person you are referring to has the initial LL or is this just linked to little L? Did you ever meet? (I love to know how the creative process starts and what inspires individuals to write, I think it's the most interesting part wonderful!!)
