Talk about music - songs/albums that you love, and the ones that you don't.

Here in Europe they had one or two more songs in the charts, that's why you can't talk about a one hit wonder here.

oh god, what the funk indeed! I've had so many shitty musicians I've listened to when i was younger. Despite i was brought up with Jamiroquai and Daft Punk by my good Ol' brother and sister, there has to be some clear identifications that not everything was all rosy. Lets see, Madonna (queen bitch) was one of them, maybe a mix of S club 7 (possibly, not too sure). Then i've forgot, but i was like 4 at the time, and i did go on to listen to more cringy stuff until stopping at the age of 11.

Madonna has actually some awesome music...then again, she still thinks she's growing younger

O-Town "Liquid Dreams" = what the funk was i thinking?? I waited 6 hours to meet them for autographs at a Toys r us in San Francisco. little did i know they would fall off the face of the earth so shortky after.
I was really into the millenium boy band era!

I never heard of "Liquid Dreams" either! The trouble with Madonna is that she is a narcissist. I idolised her as a teenager but as an adult I see her differently now.

The black eyed peas use to be really good in the early noughties and such but they got bad later on when they collabed with Guetta (even David Guetta use to be a really respected DJ back in the day, but he kinda sold out)

I do find it kind of catchy and absolutely love the "Britney Bitch" expression Also, featured in the Great Gatsby soundtrack there's a song by Will.i.am totally awesome!

Actually, to be fair I heard that one too and it sounded pretty good! kind of a mix of pop and electro swing!

"Scream & Shout": I like the instrumental beginning, I like the beat. I just don't like the lead voices something totally lacking when he says "Scream.....& Shout.....& let it out....." way too much space -I'd be bored on the dancefloor. And Britney Bitch is the best you can come up with? and I have to make sure the radio station bleeps it out when my kid's in the car... But I guess it could be a good song if you're drunk. (not meant to be mean) but I always like Will.i.am

The funk i was thinking is : Lifeline sounds exactly like "Wonder Why" by Julian Perretta !
Then i go to Perretta's wiki, and i see "He notes Jamiroquai as his principal influence / He recorded "Wonder Why" with two members of this band"...
IT'S ALL CONNECTED !

I've heard "Wonder Why" -that was a good tune. heard "Imma Be" yesterday at a festival and they had to pull it after it said "nigga" so many times.
