Ha! came across this very early video of Jamiroquai. Jazzy improv with solos.
"Tighten Up" and @ 5:08 Jay stands on his head on stage during Van Gelder's solo!
Love it! Those must've been the days!

Yeah, never seen this video -great cover.
I thought the part down near the audience was great @ 5:00.
It's one thing to do this stuff at home, goofing off.
But while performing... all it takes... one mis-step!
Very agile!

I found this video by Daft Punk called Da Funk that I had forgotten about, it has a great premise and some classic tuneage! and I totally want to be the dog for Halloween next yearit would be totally fun to carry the old getto with the broken buttons and sport a fake cast on your leg Only the "cool kids" would recognise! :lol:http://youtu.be/mmi60Bd4jSs

All the "cool kids" would take a photo of bottles in a supermarket... only the "cool kids" would recognise... by the way, would recognise what? the song or the band? or maybe the video? As for me I like this band. ... I really like how they remain anonymous It's cool and their music is great! Argh! Now I don't remember what I wanted to say... So who are those "cool kids" curse_t :?:

Well MissLisa, I am joking when I say "cool kids" .. 8) ..like when I said to you (come on and take the photo) Every generation has their "cool Kids" I was just making a referrence to the peer pressure you get when you are super young (and I guess when you are older it is societal pressure to conform, buy a house, have kids etc...) When you're younger it is important to impress your friends but some learn earlier than others to stand on their own and make the right choices for them. Sometimes what we write down in words doesn't come across the same as in person. It is hard to put expression, sarcasm etc into what we write. In a way..... I think we are the "cool kids" .....the ones that listen to Jamiroquai

That's precisely why I love reading... I'm so impressed to see how writers can make us feel happy, sad... or sometimes, when it's a very good author, how he can describe feelings I've never been able to analyse... (Maupassant for instance) :D

"Cool kids" -oh sh*t- what's that mean? (I didnt' really know Daft Punk!)
It's great to just love good music, not what's cool!

When I was a little kid, my friends liked Andy Gibb. But I had posters of Rod Stewart & David Bowie on my wall (sister). And in the 80's I was listening to Marvin Gaye and Chaka Khan. So I wasn't the cool kid, but I wasn't going to compromise my music!
but I still this song! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k1tYAx7gzq8

Well when I say Chaka khan, I mean with Rufus.
She literally, is probably who I regard as the greatest singer!

Here is a brilliant Rammstein video where they dress up as old men in fat suits just shredding hard. Hot nurses and woman in 80's bikinis with flamethrowers what more could a man want? but such suttle touches as the guitarist dancing in circles around the microphone and butting the mic stand with his belly....sooo funny watch it in it's entirety as it has a long intro

Very cool images all done in red, white and black and a bit of the old birds and the bees

Here is a Canadian band (Alberta) called The Smalls from the early 1990s embarrased to say I didn't know about them back in the day They were pretty original and very underrated...

Here is a cool video ......an educational 1970s film about the dangers of Joyriding..featuring the mighty Dodge Coronet... I remember these films in elementary school...one on shoplifting in particular.
