I was planning to go to Joss Stone - Praça do Comércio, 30th July and Gotan Project - Jardins to Palácio de Cristal, can't remember the date...
No Jamiroquai for me so far, but I still have hope...also...L'Arc~en~Ciel, local and date unknown so far somewhere in 2012 and in London/Paris
A friend of mine was the support act for Joss Stone two days ago and she was great. Not only as a musician, but as a person too! I missed that concert.
Erykah was out of this world yesterday. The roof came off. That woman knows how to through a party! Had a blast!
you don't have to own the music to have a good time. I go to concerts if I am curious..don't realy have to like it, just want to know or learn or grow into a different kind of music. No Marroon 5 coming soon, but I will for concert.
I would like to see Jason Mraz, but he isn't sceduled for Holland yet.
I'm crying, just found out Grand Funk Railroad is playing downtown for free! It began 1/2 hour ago. it's an hour drive. I'll miss it. One of my favorite classic bands.
I know I could try, but there are other things going on here.
Saw them in '96 -awesome time.
..well, I've been crying inside cause lately I find myself wishing I was born years ago in Manchester so that I could go and experience a Mondays concert in the Hacienda! ...not going to happen, missed it!
GEORGE MICHAEL, Symphonica orchestral tour, 24 september in Bilbao, Spain.
I like his voice, and has a handful of wonderful songs. An icon of the 1980s and 1990s.
I think will be an awesome show.
Few days ago I was at 2 Jamiroquai show in Barcelona and Arcachon. FANTASTIC!!!
If you can, you must go. I think that he is already part of the history of music, and now he is near his 50 years old.
His voice is simply marvellous, and and he has an elegance out of the ordinary. I am fan since I was a little girl, when he was part of Wham! but never seen in live. Now is my time!!!
I have got a dvd of his show in London last 2008, and I cried watching it, no words!!
Oh well, I guess I have to go see George Michael then
Oeps, just checked and there are only some shitty places left. And it is a seated concert...with a symphony orchestra. It probably beautiful, but I am not good at sitting still. I haven't been addicted to Jamiroquai for 18 years, because it is so easy to sit down to their music
And the tickets are very expensive € 97,-- Okey..I will have to check with my friend if she wants to go.
have fun at the concert...it is a little bit of waiting still, I know!
Ohhh!!! I´m also addicted to Jamiroquai until their beginnings, last concert in Barcelona left sweating and hoarse from dance and sing, but this George Michael show is different, nothing to do, but equally brilliant.
Wham! They had a touch of tacky, but great. I loved them!!! Do you remember his look, his hair with Wicks, in the music video" Wake me up before you gogo", now gives a bit of laughter, but they were fantastic. After George Michael solo became more elegant. His aesthetic during "Faith" was mythical, super 80¨!
I remember that even my mom fancied him she had seen the Band Aid video and picked him right out of the bunch. Him and Andre Agasi she liked...I ofcourse in my teens thought my mom was weird and tooooooo old to say things like that. But she must have been 39. Now that doesn't seem so old
I just got myself tickets to WAYLON! He's got a new album out and I wanted to wait untill he played in Paradiso...only the best place in Amsterdam to see a concert! Just got the tickets..week after Jamirquai, so it is going to be a fabulous week!
