cakes for my dad and neighbour, who helped out walking my dog when I had the flu. I was going to put little dogcookies on it and other dogstuff, but I am still to unsteady to do anything for a longer time. So the cakes got just a little Balto on top.

That was sweet of you Stormey ....I love the green colour of the grass (good thing you didn't add any chocolate chips to that lawn!) I must admit it is nice being able to walk in my backyard without stepping on any landmines..Iguess it comes with the territory of dog ownership. An uncanny resemblance of Balto...GOOD JOB

Okay, so I'm not necessarily posting famous cuisine. Just things I make and eat!

So here is my vegetarian salad: Mixed greens w/arugula, tomatoes, cucumbers, avacodo, sun-dried cherries, walnuts, muenster cheese, & vinaigrette.
Image

But my favorite meal that I make: Chicken siciliano, ammoghio, and pasta with arugula side.
Only if you like garlic! :o

Oh, and can't forget cannoli's! (store bought)

I made some yummie Risotto with spinache and sundried tomatos yesterday. I love, love, love risotto and I love making it. It is a lot of work or a lot of waiting if you want, but you can put so much love into it while you wait. Risotto is my fave!

I haven't had risotto in a long time. Looks great!
I think of it as an Italian rice.

Risotto is the best, if you ever get the change to eat it or cook it yourself > go for it!
It is not my picture...I wish. It is the original picture of the recipe.

I had some pretty bad Risotto's in Italy of all places.

sounds fun a jamily cookbook!!! the only thing is that we all use different measurements. So how are we going to solve that one?

Oh! That would be great!!! "Jamily Haute Cuisine"   don't worry, we'll find another title...
We could also publish it in multiple languages!!
As for measurements, we could use two or three kinds of measurements, I mean... er... something like this  :

We could open a WordPress website, where we post our favorite recipes.
And anyone who visits could cut and paste!

In the shape of the buffalo man head????? That's a fabulous idea! But that means you have a cookie cutter "buffalo men-shaped"...? Where have you got it??? I'm interested  Satanic horns...  I'd like to see that!! Pictures! pictures!
