Brownies are cruel indeed...I failed big time in making the perfect Berry-cherrie brownies :(
Even put it back in the oven another time, but still came out the same.

oh well, its chocolate. Took a spoon and ate out of the pan, not a shabby job

Oh that's not a problem! Chocolate is never a problem. (except when you want a pretty presentation, of course...)

Brownies -haha! Stormey -they look underdone a bit!
I just made some yesterday (just box type)
and there is that fine line between underdone and overdone!
And they never seem to cut out easily, therefore a low yield! (or net?) but I end up eating all that's left behind.
But they still taste so good!

You also could have scooped them into fancy glasses with a dollop of whipped creme for the top, like pee wee herman and pretend that you meant to do that! I bet they were yummy! :)

Do you know Titli's Busy Kitchen? Anyway, you should! She's fab'! I love her cooking!! It's easy, looks pretty and yummy and she is so funny! That's why I wanted to present her to you... if you don't know her yet! I've discovered her last summer via Youtube.
I advice you to go and visit her website... If you're looking for some good recipes, I'm sure you'll be inspired!
Here are some links... her muffins (the best recipe I've ever tried! ) and the caramel-shortbread :

I cooked brownies, with sundried cherries and walnuts! Mmmmm.
But of course they're a bit underdone! It seems the ends are almost overdone, yet the center is still dark inside.
I'll post pics another time. Whenever I download ----crashdump. the worst thing today!

Just eat it with a spoon, that's what I did and it was gooooood! or do what curse_t advised me to do: put it in a fancy glass and serve with lots of whipped cream. Probably to die for!

no special occasion, just found this nice recipe so I am going to surprise my co workers tomorrow.

Next week I am going to bake my special chocolate cake I think. My parents have their birthday and they want me to make one of my special cakes. But my kitneys are bucking me a lot, so I cannot do any hard work with the decoration, so they will probably get a chocolate cake!

I love Trader Joe's, I wish we had one here!

The best cake ever is a Chocolate-orange biscotticake.

The bottom is made of almonds and candied orangepeels...and chocolate
on top of that is a chocolate cake with raisins dipped in Fleur d'Orange
On top of that is lots and lots of chocolate mousse
and that is all glazed with an orange chocolate glaze

I only have pictures of the first one I made and it wasn't looking good, but tasting fine!

That sounds drool worthy..chocolate and orange are my favourite mix that is why I like the Terry's chocolate oranges so much...mmm dip those in coffee

Stormey you look absolutely smashing in that pic...you should be on the cover of JMQ's smile single. :D and the little fellow must have just started to eat that by the looks of that very clean shirt. What a lucky child!
