Re: Haute CuisineBrownies are cruel indeed...I failed big time in making the perfect Berry-cherrie brownies

Re: Haute CuisineOh, I want it, I want it... You too are cruel Stormey...
Oh that's not a problem! Chocolate is never a problem. ![]()
Re: Haute CuisineBrownies -haha! Stormey -they look underdone a bit!
I just made some yesterday (just box type) and there is that fine line between underdone and overdone! And they never seem to cut out easily, therefore a low yield! (or net?) but I end up eating all that's left behind. But they still taste so good! ![]()
Re: Haute CuisineI just had a corner bit and it was heavenly..cranberry's and cherries go nice with chocolate!
Re: Haute Cuisine
You also could have scooped them into fancy glasses with a dollop of whipped creme for the top, like pee wee herman and pretend that you meant to do that! I bet they were yummy! ![]()
Re: Haute Cuisine
that would have been a great plan! I will keep that in mind incase I mess up another cake! This one has been gobbled down by my fellow workers. Even the soft part is deliscsss

Re: Haute Cuisine
Just eat it with a spoon, that's what I did and it was gooooood! or do what curse_t advised me to do: put it in a fancy glass and serve with lots of whipped cream. Probably to die for!

Re: Haute Cuisine@ StormeyG. What's the special occasion?..life?
It looks picture perfect!
Re: Haute Cuisineno special occasion, just found this nice recipe so I am going to surprise my co workers tomorrow.
Next week I am going to bake my special chocolate cake I think. My parents have their birthday and they want me to make one of my special cakes. But my kitneys are bucking me a lot, so I cannot do any hard work with the decoration, so they will probably get a chocolate cake!
Re: Haute CuisineLucky co-workers!

Hmmm... "special" chocolate cake... secret recipe? ![]()
Re: Haute CuisineMMMMMmmmm -Chocolate Cheesecake! So Yummy! I wish I was a co-worker!
![]() MissLisa -Cheesecake is really good, but filling! The best chocolate cake I've ever made is the box mix and frosting mix from Trader Joe's! ![]() but it is tasty
Re: Haute CuisineI love Trader Joe's, I wish we had one here!
The best cake ever is a Chocolate-orange biscotticake. The bottom is made of almonds and candied orangepeels...and chocolate on top of that is a chocolate cake with raisins dipped in Fleur d'Orange On top of that is lots and lots of chocolate mousse and that is all glazed with an orange chocolate glaze I only have pictures of the first one I made and it wasn't looking good, but tasting fine! ![]() ![]() me slaying it! I look terrible there..donated blood and got the flu for 7 weeks in return ![]()
Re: Haute Cuisinesomebody's loving your treats! Cute boy (and the cake looks yummy!)
Re: Haute CuisineThat sounds drool worthy..chocolate and orange are my favourite mix that is why I like the Terry's chocolate oranges so much...mmm dip those in coffee ![]() Stormey you look absolutely smashing in that pic...you should be on the cover of JMQ's smile single. ![]()
