naahhhh i wish though lol. I can only make a couple of things really well, like spaghetting, lasagne and salad, and a middle eastern rice dish that translates as upside down.

umm sort yeh kind of i guess. its a one pot rice dish made up of layes of wasked uncooked rice, cauilfouwer and boiled chicken. when its all cooked, it gets flipped over onto a platter and that's where the name upside down comes from, its really delicious when made and flavoured properly.

I am a little unwell at the moment so I have lost my taste buds and the only things i feel like eating is soggy soul food that doesn't require chewing, like baby food, soup, soggy cereal and cheese sandwiches melted in the microwave.

UUmm.. Lemme see ..
If there is one i can't live without is SAMBAL!!! I'm addicted to it!'m gonna eat it with everything .. chicken with sambal, fish with sambal, rice with sambal .. especially the spiciest ones!the scariest ones!that brings tears to my eyes ..
And oh i do love Italian food, cheeses(all kind), fruit, vegetables ..
And i'm a coffee drinker but lately i try to replace it with tea or hot chocholate because i'm afraid of the negative effect of caffeine ..

All you need with the milenases is a little ammoghio (oops p. 1), then you'll have chicken siciliano. I know how to make a good ammoghio! But ya gotta use olive oil.
Not feeling McDonald's now. I love sushi. Could live on an island and eat the local food, no meat. (Unless there's filet mignon)!
This is fun! (I didn't think I'd end up in the chat section!) Even though not too many chatting!
