Hello all, I'm Janice, 34 years old from Emsworth, a small town in southern England.

I'm a Mum to two girls of 11 & 12, who fill me with happiness and insanity in equal measures :roll: I'm currently working as a petrol pump attendant, to make ends meet, which HAS to be the MOST boring job in the world - so I hope all your young funkers study hard (and play hard) and don't follow my example! :D

I can't play any instruments, I can't dance, I can't sing (and even worse I sing all the wrong lyrics to songs!) - but I love Jamiroquai's music and the happiness it brings.

I don't really classify myself as a "Real" fan until I joined the online community (just coming up to 3 years) - and realised there was more to just going to the shop and buying a cd! I still don't have a clue about loads of things Jamiroquai related, but it's all a learning curve and I'm enjoying my funk education.

I love the whole "jamily" thing that goes on with the community and am I talking too much now? I think I'd better stop before I start telling you about the blister I had on my foot in 1981 which is still giving me grief!

Nice to meet everyone!

Jan

Hello! Salut!
I'm Damien from Paris and I'm 20!
It's not necessary to explain why Jamiroquai is my definition of the word "music", it's something we can't describe :)
I must admit that my favorite tunes of the band are the ones made in the 90's.
Then,mmmm...what could I say..oh yes, I play the piano ;)
In september, I'll be in England for my studies ( a lot of people think England and France are two legendary enemies, but I really love the UK).
So, have fun everybody! A la prochaine et éclatez-vous!

Hey everyone!

I'm Olga, 19, 'n I'm from Vilnius (Lithuania). It's the place where funky roads don't cross indeed; that's why I haven't ever seen any JMQ fan live before. :cry: But I hope I will this year, at least! :) Just few things about me:
-a keen interest in sound design;
-a keen interest in jazz music;
-hope to move in England one day;
-for me the immortal hits of JMQ are 'space cowboy' & 'blow your mind';
-just can't wait for june... :wink:

:D hi everyone, my name is Emma, I live in Worcester in the West Midlands. I first got into Jamiroquai when they released Blow Your Mind, I was at high school and it's sad but I remember going into my local HMV which was a tiny little shop back then and buying the album on tape!
I'v loved everything about Jamiroquai since then...their music, Jay's moves and the cool Buffaloman designs
Can't wait for Dynamite to be released to see what they're doing differently this time around.
Later dudes!!

Hey, I'm Tarik. I live in the Los Angeles. I'm a huge Jamiroquai fan. I'm a huge hip hop fan(true hip hop heads will recognize my name right away). Jamiroquai is my favorite band next to Wu-Tang. I love videogames too. I beat Dante Must Die Mode in DMC 3, which makes me an ownage king. Just kidding :P

[I'm Victor...I live in Orlando, Florida...the "Sun Shine State"...we should be sued for false advertisement because w/the amount of rain we receive here we could be the "Rainy State."

Needless to say I'm a fan just like everyone here...the only difference I live in the States and fans here are few and far between because Jamiroquai has been absent on MTV...the definition of what the sheep believe to be cool in America...it's really sad but funny all the same.]

Well, here I am... Congrats Dave for being part of the Official Site, all these years you kept us up-to-date, that was priceless!

I'm Alejandro, from Buenos Aires, Argentina!
I'm 21 y.o., working on a "locutorio" (a place with pc's, phone booths, money transfers, etc...). I'm a jamiroquai fan since 1997, when I lied to my mum to buy a TWM cassette!!! (wow, i'm gonna cry now) I had the chance to go to a gig here in 1999 at the Luna Park Stadium, that was awesome! I'm a great motorsport enthusiast, I love acid jazz, especially Groove Collective, Incognito, BNH; and old school funk, PFunk, Isaac Hayes, Roy Ayers...
I used to post in j.talk, but I'm usually @ Jamirotalk, (or the bubbles forum, hehe)
