yes! a cover or an original?
I wonder! Anybody know how to find her on Youtube?
Can't even find her name But that's a good idea... tweet it !
so I googled Jay's mom's name is Karen Kay.
http://www.google.com/#hl=en&sclient=ps ... 92&bih=474
And I Youtubed it and this is what came up:
the only comment says "Jay Kay's mama!
gotta love the guy dancers! so 80's!
So I am confused, she had a show in England? Why such an American theme?
But so cute to see JK's mom performing!
I personally think Rhinanna ,niki minaj or any of them are not a good choice. For one they dont fit in with the theme, I dont think its jays style as well, I was thinking more like Paloma faith or Sia Furler (shes worked along with jamiroquai before at a live show, i cant remember)
I have to agree with DJ-cassius.There have been some awesome suggestions and other very awquard... Nicki Minaj?! I enjoy her energy but I just cannot imagine that duet haha... but m sure someone may say the same of what I`ll suggest now! Anyway... in my viewer/listener opinion Jay has this melancolic vibe surrounding him latetly... so maybe a Duet with Djavan (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pINUKQh2shc) would work nicely. Something very chill with that amazing Brazilian vibe... I would travel around the world to hear that!
oh don't take my suggestions to heart. I think I'm only listing who was popular on the charts at the time.
Suggestions of Sia, Caro Emerald, and Stormey would make better duets.
But really, practically any female could make a good duet, if the right song is written.
